| Techneopro offer a bespoke service for the manufacture of a wide range of products which are constructed from Neoprene, Webbing and modern Fabrics. It is very difficult to list the range of products we can produce therefore we will show various projects on this page to give a general idea of our capabilities.
Project 1 We were approached by June Fallow to produce a support unit for her horse Following an accident, when June's horse was impaled on a 4" fencing post. after surgery to remove the post the wound needed to be supported until the healing process was complete. June supplied a simple sketch of her requirements and the dimensions of the horse and five hours later the support was ready to fit. The support was made up of an inner skin of airoprene for comfort while allowing airflow to minimise heat retention ,the outer skin was made of a high strength none stretch mesh fabric for maximum support. The support was held in place by thee straps over the back with a further strap around the front of the neck and back to the base of the support to prevent it rolling back. All straps were covered in neoprene for comfort and fitted with side release buckles for adjustment, all buckles were fitted with 6mm neoprene comfort pads (white pads in photo)
